Gaza —
The "Peace Council" announced the arrival of the first tactical vehicles to the Multinational Stability Force (ISF) base in the Gaza Strip, in a step described as the beginning of a new field phase within the preparations for deploying the international force tasked with supporting security and stability in the sector.
The council explained, in a statement published on the "X" platform, that the vehicles arrived at the "Endurance Logistics Support" area, noting that this step comes as part of the logistical preparations preceding the full deployment of the force, and the statement was accompanied by photos documenting the arrival of the vehicles to the base.
The arrival of this equipment is seen as an indicator of the transition of arrangements for the international force from the planning phase to field implementation, with continued preparation of the necessary logistical infrastructure to start its tasks as soon as its deployment is complete.
The multinational force is expected to undertake the mission of supporting security and stability in the Gaza Strip during the transitional phase, within the arrangements included in the post-war plan, including securing vital areas and supporting the bodies responsible for managing the new phase.
The "Peace Council" is the body supervising the implementation of the second phase of the war termination and Gaza Strip management plan, which includes arrangements for managing civil institutions and reconstruction, while the Multinational Force (ISF) constitutes the security arm tasked with supporting stability, with the participation of elements from several countries operating under an international umbrella.
